This means that we in any case: Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, which is described below in this privacy statement; Limit the processing of your personal data to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are being processed; Ask for your explicit consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data; Have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data; Do not pass on personal data to other parties unless this is necessary for implementation of the purposes for which they were provided; Being aware of your rights regarding your personal data, wanting to point this out to you and respecting them. The personal data that is requested from you is: Name, Address, Postcode, City, Telephone number, email address (NAWTE), date of birth and the name of your referrer. We register your insurance details via VECOZO. We store these in a secure and approved program (Intramed). Exchange of personal data takes place in any correspondence with referrers, via VECOZO and in declarations to health insurers. The information you enter on the contact form on our website will only be used to correctly answer your question and will then be deleted from our systems.
