Welcome to our new website,
In 1981, the practice "Physiotherapy and Manual Therapy Koninginneweg" was founded at Koninginneweg 157. After 14 years, we had to move to larger premises. The practice was able to continue further down the street, at number 265, next to the former post office. The practice continued to grow and over time the team grew to 4 therapists: Maurits Ypma, Machteld Koetsier, Roland van der Putten and Annet Meerman. In addition to physiotherapy and manual therapy, our practice now also offers acupuncture. In 2013, the building no longer met our needs and, together with the Schinkelkade general practice, we were given the opportunity to move to the former community center "De Meerpaal", which would be completely renovated. Since then, we have been located at Eerste Schinkelstraat 26 and we work closely with our neighbors at the general practice. At the new address we also have occupational therapy and a dietician in-house. In 2019, the founder of the practice passed away, which was a shock to colleagues and patients. Fortunately, we can announce that the gap that was left has now been closed: Wonne Back has joined the team. In addition, Dorota Sneijder (physiotherapist), Naima Achaaoui (occupational therapist) and Simone Vernimmen-Luijt (dietician) have also joined the practice. With a team of 7 therapists, we now have even more quality than before to help you with your complaint.

Depending on your insurance package, your treatment is usually fully reimbursed. Partial reimbursement applies for some therapies.

The practice is wheelchair accessible. You can usually park your car or bicycle right in front of the door. Please note: it is paid parking.
